How to Order

Wholesale orders are currently being processed on an order form that will be sent via email.

Order Minimum

4oz: multiples of 6

8oz: multiples of 3

12oz: multiples of 2

RBG, Bernie, Persist: multiples of 3

Cat Lover, Dog Lover: multiples of 3

Tarot Collection: multiples of 4

Payment Terms

Items are made to order and will be shipped after invoices are cleared. 

Cancellation Policy: Orders should be cancelled before the candle-making process begin to receive a 100% refund. If orders are cancelled after the process has begun, a 20% cancellation fee will incur. A 50% cancellation fee will incur for custom orders.

Payment Methods

An invoice is generated upon order submission. Payment options are PayPal, Square, Venmo or Personal Check.

Shipping

Shipping will be handled through the USPS or Fed Ex, depending on order weight.

Shipping cost will depend on weight and distance. This charge will be added to your invoice after the Purchase Order is received.

Returns, Damages, and Repairs

Exchanges or returns on non-defective products are accepted at buyers expense within 30 days of delivery for a shop credit. I stand by the quality of my candles and package them for shipment with the utmost care; however, if any amount of candles are found to be defective upon arrival, items will be replaced within 14 days of delivery at my expense.

Samples

If you'd like to try out the Soy Much Brighter candle scents before committing to an order, shoot an e-mail to bebright@soymuchbrighter.com. Be sure to include your shop name, human name, and shipping address.

Sample scents will come in tea light form for test-burning/sniffing.
